Winter to spring and the earth warmed up again. We welcomed the annual industry Conference - the 16th China Content Broadcasting Network Exhibition 2008 (CCBN2008), which was held on March 21st 2008. OBN and MOTO are appearance in CCBN 2008, relying on EPON China Cable triple-play technology.

 

  Aimed at Bi-directional Transformation of China Cable network, OBN showed EPON solutions on Bi-directional Transformation of HFC networks. EPON system is a natural single-fiber transmit system, which is an unique advantage in Bi-directional Transformation of HFC networks, it shows in the following aspects: EPON network can provide abundant bandwidth for interactive TV (VOD), internet access, VOIP and other multi-services; by combined with UTP (unshielded twisted pair), EOC, MOCA etc, EPON can well solved the problem of get network access to home.   OBN displays multiple EPON products, which including Modular, redundancy rack OLT-CC8500 and 4 lines Cassette OLT-CC6500, high performance/price ONU-EE2902B/2904 for FTTH (Fiber To The Home)/FTTO (Fiber To The Office), large capacity ONU-EE2908/2924 for FTTB (Fiber To The Building), ONU-EE2904I (support CAVT port, VOIP port and Ethernet port) for CATV triple play which could realized single-fiber & three waves solution. At the same time, OBN showed MOCA solution, ONU-EE2904K (max support 2 lines MOCA access channel) for MOCA head-end equipments, which combines MOCA with EPON technology.
